I know how chaotic life can be. Kids. Career. Marriage. The invisible labor of holding it all together.

 

After my first child, I spiraled. I battled postpartum depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. And beneath it all was a nearly lifelong struggle with bulimia and body shame. I spent years chasing smaller, not stronger, punishing my body, trying to control everything through restriction, overexercising, and toxic perfectionism.

But something had to give.
And what saved me was running.

Running didn’t just change my body—it changed how I saw myself.

It gave me a reason to show up every day.
It helped me finally appreciate my body for what it could do, not just what it looked like.

And when I became a coach, I saw just how many women were silently trapped in the same painful cycle:

✖ Overtraining just to “earn” their food

✖ Eating 1200 calories a day and wondering why they’re exhausted, moody, and stuck

✖ Believing weight loss means shrinking, suffering, and starving

✖ Thinking their worth depends on a number on the scale
