Who I Work With

I work best with women who are ready for something different.

  • Moms with kids of any age (toddlers, teens, grown kids...it all counts)

  • Beginners who feel intimidated, awkward, or out of place in a gym

  • Women who’ve tried every plan, challenge, and reset… and are frustrated they didn't reach their weight loss goals.

Who I’m Not the Trainer For

Let’s be clear, because this matters.

  • I’m not a drill sergeant

  • I’m not here to scream at you or make you feel small

  • I don’t do six-week shred challenges or “burn it off” mentalities

  • I don’t believe fitness should feel like punishment

If you’re looking for someone to yell at you, shame you, or ignore your humanity, I’m not your trainer.

 

What Training With Me Is Actually Like

Yes, we lift weights. Yes, we move our bodies.
But that’s only part of it.

You’ll understand why you’re doing what you’re doing

I don’t just hand you exercises. I educate you, so you feel confident, informed, and in control of your body again.

We adjust based on real life

I might be the coach, but you set the tone.

Tired? Stressed? On your period? Life hitting hard?
We don’t cancel, we adapt, we pivot, we slow it down. We keep you moving in a way that still honors your body.

 

You’re allowed to be human here

People laugh.
People vent.
People cry.

I’m not your therapist, but I will absolutely let you gossip, unload, and process while we train.
This journey is emotional, and pretending otherwise helps no one.

I will push you (safely and intentionally, of course) 

I will never ask you to do something I don’t believe you can do.

But I do have a gift. Seeing your potential before you see it yourself, and helping you believe in things you once thought were impossible.

People don’t leave my sessions tired.
They leave feeling alive.
